Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to replace my existing POS?
No. For our Hospitality and Services plans, RexQR sits alongside your existing POS. We give your guests a QR menu/catalogue they can order and pay from. Your POS stays as your source of truth.
Are the POS plans available for self-service sign up?
Not yet. Our full POS plans (Cloud, On Premise) are currently available via contact only. We tailor the onboarding to your requirements. Subscription pricing for these plans will be enabled in the future.
How does pricing work through 2027?
The listed AED amount is the actual price, with annual billing equal to ten monthly payments. Your price is fixed for the term you buy; we will give advance notice before any future rate changes.
Is there a setup fee?
No. All self-serve plans come with zero setup fees.
What does RexQR charge per transaction?
Nothing, until 31 December 2026. RexQR takes no platform fee on orders — you keep 100% of every payment, less whatever your own payment gateway charges you. Payments settle directly into your gateway account; they never pass through RexQR. With no platform fee there is no VAT on one either.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your self-serve plan any time from your dashboard.
