Do I need to replace my existing POS?
No. For our Hospitality and Services plans, RexQR sits alongside your existing POS. We give your guests a QR menu/catalogue they can order and pay from. Your POS stays as your source of truth.
Are the POS plans available for self-service sign up?
Not yet. Our full POS plans (Cloud, On Premise) are currently available via contact only. We tailor the onboarding to your requirements. Subscription pricing for these plans will be enabled in the future.
How does the 50% introductory offer work?
For a limited time, we are offering all paid self-serve plans (Menu, Menu Pro, Pro, Business) at a 50% discount. The crossed-out price represents the standard monthly rate.
Is there a setup fee?
No. All self-serve plans come with zero setup fees.
What does the +18% GST mean on transaction fees?
Indian regulation requires 18% GST on platform service fees. A 2.49% transaction fee becomes 2.94% effective, including GST.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your self-serve plan any time from your dashboard.
