Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Reservation Cancellations

1.1 Standard Cancellation Window

Unless a Venue specifies different terms:

  • Free cancellation: More than 2 hours before your reservation time
  • Late cancellation fee: Less than 2 hours before — Venue may charge up to 50% of estimated bill
  • No-show fee: Full cancellation fee as set by the Venue

1.2 How to Cancel

You can cancel through:

  • The RexQR mobile app or website
  • The confirmation email link
  • Direct contact with the Venue

2. Subscription Cancellations (Venues)

2.1 Monthly Plans

Cancel anytime. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.

2.2 Annual Plans

Cancel anytime. Your subscription remains active until the end of the annual period. No pro-rata refunds unless required by applicable law.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Guest Refunds

Refunds for pre-paid orders or deposits are handled by the Venue. RexQR facilitates refund processing but does not determine eligibility.

3.2 Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Disputes

If you disagree with a charge, contact the Venue first. If unresolved, email support@rexqr.com within 30 days of the charge.
