1. What Are Service Credits
Service Credits are credits issued by RexQR to compensate for service outages or failures that affect your Venue's operations. They can be applied against future subscription fees.
2. Eligibility
Service Credits may be issued when:
- Platform uptime falls below 99.9% in a calendar month
- Critical features (ordering, payments, reservations) are unavailable for more than 1 hour
- Data loss occurs due to a platform error
3. Credit Amounts
- 99.0% – 99.9% uptime: 10% of monthly subscription fee
- 95.0% – 99.0% uptime: 25% of monthly subscription fee
- Below 95.0% uptime: 50% of monthly subscription fee
4. How to Request
Submit a Service Credit request within 30 days of the incident to support@rexqr.com with your Venue name, the date and duration of the outage, and a description of the impact.
5. Limitations
- Credits cannot exceed 50% of your monthly fee
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
- Credits expire 12 months from issue date
- Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded
