1. Overview
These Marketplace Terms govern your participation in the RexQR Marketplace, a platform that connects guests with hospitality venues. These terms supplement our general Terms of Service.
2. For Venues
2.1 Listing Requirements
Venues listed on the Marketplace must:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information (menu, hours, location)
- Hold all required business licences and food-safety certifications
- Respond to guest bookings within a reasonable timeframe
- Honour confirmed reservations
2.2 Commission & Fees
Marketplace commission rates are specified in your Venue subscription agreement. RexQR deducts commission from guest payments before settlement.
3. For Guests
3.1 Marketplace Use
When using the Marketplace to discover and book Venues, all bookings are subject to our standard reservation terms. Pricing displayed is set by the Venue and may vary from in-venue pricing.
4. Content & Reviews
Marketplace reviews must be genuine and based on real experiences. RexQR reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove content that violates our standards.
